Today we would like to introduce you the signal generator. Signal generators, also known as function generators, RF and microwave signal generators, pitch generators, arbitrary waveform generators, digital pattern generators or frequency generators are electronic devices that generate repeating or non-repeating electronic signals (in either the analog or digital domains). They are generally used in designing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic or electroacoustic devices; though they often have artistic uses as well.
The signal generator we introduce today is a full DDS signal source. With the use of DC 5V power supply, it can output sine wave, square wave (1% -99% duty cycle can be adjusted), triangle, and sawtooth waveforms. The maximum output of the Signal Generator is up to 10Vpp, and the frequency is from 0.01Hz to 2MHz. It has a resolution of 10mHz, and has both TTL sync output and 60MHz frequency counter with three kinds of functions in one.
UDB1100 series is the upgrade of the original SG1000 series to increase the beautiful plastic case. Upgrade to the BNC input connector output interface, while increasing the output attenuation switch (-32dB, about 40 times), can makes this instrument a minimum capacity of about 10mV output signal.
